In support of the IPHS Mission, the Electronic Time Capsule Project was formed to document life in Old Irving Park. As history is being made, we want to provide future generations with a look at the neighborhood as it is today. Each year all the pictures from that year will be complied into an an electronic archive. There will be a dedication of the Time Capsule at the end of the year! We need your help!
